Elian Stassen-Dritty has established the company MSOD in the year 2008. With almost twenty years of working experience in several supportive backoffice functions at private companies, as well as government institutions, establishing her own company has occurred with much enthusiasm.

The foundation for her career was developed by having a secretary degree (Bell College) as a base, followed by an education as managerial assistant. Aside to this, additional studies have been followed on the field of secretarial services and support.
The certificate 'Euopean Computer Driving Licence' (www.ecdl.com) has also been obtained, with which the skills and expertise on the field of computer use is verified. With the course Perfect Nederlands the proficiency of the Dutch language is updated. In addition, the course 'taking minutes on a laptop' has been followed.

In order to participate in the international market, the study Cambridge Advanced Examen (CAE), level E-1, has been completed with success.
